Exporting from Adobe Animate
All the hard work in the world doesn't do us much good without a way to show other people the results. Exporting from Animate to different formats that can be posted on our portfolio directly or combined in Adobe Premiere as video clips is a necessary part of the process.
Both of the videos below can show you how to export but you can do the first part without them. We will start off just exporting GIFs of our tutorial animations using File --> Export Animated GIF. We definitely do NOT need GIFs to be the full size of the artboard, so change the width to 512 pixels (let the program calculate the height so there is no distortion).

But What About Shape Tweening!
One of the really neat things Animate can do is make one shape change into another, or even into words! Watch the video below in full-screen and then start Adobe Animate with a new document - full HD is fine for the size. First thing to do is save this Untitled project in your Vector Graphics Project Folder with a good name, like:
221212 Shape Tween - YourName
Create a shape tween animation with anything except a star and the words Shape Tween - do not make an exact copy of what you see in the video. Think about what you could use in your portfolio, or what may be great for DATA, such as the letter D turning into the word Design, etc.
